Delivery Policy
Products shall be delivered depending upon shipping location as under:
- Inside Ring Road: within 2 days
- Outside Ring Road (except Banepa, Dhulikhel): within 2-3 days
- Banepa, Dhulikhel: within 3-4 days
- Outside Kathmandu Valley: depending upon courier service.
Free Delivery for minimum purchase of Rs. 2,000 or above
Delivery charge of Rs. 50 inside Kathmandu and Rs. 100 outside Kathmandu for purchase below Rs. 2,000
Returns Policy
If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within validity period of 7 days of delivery. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product and condition.
For electronic devices and appliances after usage or the expiration of the return validity, we will refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable) for any defects.
Valid reasons to return an item
- Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival)
- Delivered Product is different than ordered / incomplete (parts missing)
- Delivered Product is not fitted (applicable for fashion products only)
Conditions for Returns
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box.
NOTE: Return policy is not applicable for change of mind.
